The American Club was established in Auckland in 1966 to promote friendship and cultural exchange between Americans and New Zealanders. Since then it has continuously provided social events for persons from around the world sharing an interest in America.

The club holds regular get-togethers for our 200+ membership, including activities and events that mark Memorial Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Non-members are invited to register your details to be notified about our public events.

Our American Eagles softball team plays in the Central Slowpitch League. Our next season begins in October 2012. New players welcome.
